Great that you are joining us on our next journey! On this page you can register for the Art of Seeing program. See below the registration process.

 

You will receive a confirmation e-mail and we will contact you as soon as possible to finalize the booking and payments.

1. APPLICATION: Please complete and submit your reservation above.

2. DEPOSIT: In order to complete the reservation, a deposit must be payed through PayPal. When we will contact you, more information is provided. The deposit is different for each program, see program page for the exact amount.

3. REVIEW: We will review your application for completeness and confirm acceptance.

4. CONFIRMATION: Once we reach the minimum number of participants, we’ll inform you to purchase your airfare/travel ticket. This will at the latest one and half month prior to the start of the program.

5. FULL PAYMENT: We’ll send you guidelines on how to pay the remainder of the program fee. This will most of the times happen via bank wire transfer or cash payment on location.

6. AIRFARE/TRAVEL: Only purchase airfare/travel ticket AFTER official notification by us. We are not responsible for any tickets bought before our notification. Also note, program package price does not include travel expenses to the destination.

7. FINAL STEP: We will send your all information you’ll need to get to the destination and to be ready for the program.
